We need to focus more on education and health. Being a Hill state, schools and hospitals are very less and people are facing hardship in getting basic treatment. Also homestay concept needs publicity. Govt may provide incentives to natives as well as to tourist to make it a success.

Now that the state government has some surpluses it should focus on the twin pillars of Uttarakhand's sustainable financial goals >> Agriculture (Organic Farming) & Tourism (Sustainable) Apart from spending on Education & Healthcare.. focus should also be on creating/modernizing small hilly Towns so more work from home types can move & engage in multiple social activities that can further the hopes of #NewIndia... already seeing signs but more needs to be done from Govt's side

give more bugjet for tourism and make sure native people should more oppertunity than out sider like bengali and bangladeshis similar to what bengali do against people of other state .
