स्कूलों मे खेल गतिविधि को बढ़ावा देकर , स्कूलों की स्वैच्छिक सहायता करने वालों का आह्वान किया जाए । जो भी अपनी इच्छा से सरकारी स्कूलों मे सहायता करना चाहता हो , वो ऐसा कर सके , ऐसी व्यवस्था बनाई जाए ।

People leave their jobs to get a govt. job as they dont have to go to the jobs and get salaries for free. the condition is worse lease FIND A SECOND WAY FOR FINDING TALENTS FOR THE JOBS.

Education and literacy is a very broad term.In my opinion its a thought and a vision too. The race and competition nowdays has completely vanished the quality of teachers.As now teaching is a lucrative job offer in peoples mind. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS "RESERVATION". Is it not a truth. we talk about socialism "sabko saman adhikar". this is what we say in our preamble.does it really exist??? think please before its too late.The latest UPPCS exams recruitment are under a question ???

Good Teacher with good salary, frequent inspections by seniors,prizes for good students, felicitating parents of good students, marginalized students should get scholarship, using virtual classes.teachers should be given incentive for good performance.GOOD TEACHER MAKES BAD STUDENTS GOOD....

1.We have to keep honesty and sincerity in govt school teacher. We recruit teachers on talent basis. Then why there is not taught good in govt. schools than pvt. Schools. We have to take strong rules for teachers who neglect in teaching. 2. We say equal education for rich and poor. How much reality in this ? We have to make all the schools govt. or all pvt.

Teachers should be appointed only on merit based and who has desire/passion for teaching without discreminating gender, caste, creed, cult religion etc. Thus selected should be paid handsome money with incentive on various passout percentage and be banned for pvt tuition.

Its should be made mandatory social responsibility of pvt. educational institutions to adopt minimum 5 students of their locality and look after their basic needs and education it won't be a tough call as they do enough business with the financially sound families , and periodically an exam should be conducted for those 5 students to keep a check on them. manner of examination : 5 students of school A should be examined by school B and 5 students of school B should be examined by school F/G/H .

1. Teaching should be made enjoyable to the students 2. Teaching should be focused on learning and improving skills rather than just meeting the syllabus. (Syllabus should only be a framework) 3. Application oriented teaching should be followed

Indian Governments could not convince the whole people of India on the needs & importance of education. The common people of India who are hand to mouth never realized that education systematizes & increases one's thought & power of decision. Most of them debate of over age. Because of so they are not being able to know the whole Governance and sharing of so. Dream of Digital India or Active participation to Governance sharing is a hard task. Develop programs at Panchayat level like Anganwadi.
