We need to change our method of teaching, instead of providing ready made answers, we should make them to learn to struggle to find answers for the queries, teacher should guide them to find answers but not providing direct answers. This should start from high school level. By the time, they are out of school, every student is capable of finding solutions for their problems. Government should play active role in providing required infrastructure for all the students at all levels.

We should find ways to lure marginalised youth into education. A program can be initiated where youth should be guaranteed that they will get temp guaranteed 2 year government jobs if they complete class 10th and better paying job if they complete 12th. in these 2 years these students can be sent in tribal and backward areas to teach at same program. or they can sent on other jobs in areas where other people are not willing to go. After 2 years they can join private sector.

1)Government schools can run a drive to get as many students they can. 2) A law can be framed that if somebody completes class 10th he/she will surely get 2 years of temp gov job. these students can be used in various armed forces for certain jobs which are safe as most of them will be 15 year olds, while they are in jobs they should be taught some skills or class 11th and 12th. this way we can have a enourmous pool of skilled people and stint in armed forces will make them quality citizens.

1. first of all our elementary education system need reforms. it is needed to more practical rather preparing them for further studies. Study should be complete in nature.For example one metric pass person is able to solve maths problem, but he is not able to solve personal financial situations.

1. Attempts should me made to make senior students teach younger students under the supervision of teachers. 2. Students should be allowed to frame reasoning questions, which is more difficult than answering a question. 3. Teachers should be trained to prepare innovative questions in place of regular/straightforward questions 4. Assessment should involve verbal, demonstration and art form of communication in addition to written formats 5. Implementing the above methods without forcing upon

Govt itself having good measures but not fallowing at transparency level.govt itself responsible for improvement at education level.is it education level can be given on contract basis to teach the students.

Train the Trainer CSR initiatives can include education / trainings etc. Incentives to government employees in terms of leaves, monetary etc. for taking related initiatives like voluntary teaching etc. Betterment of existing education system at all levels (from primary to higher education). Tax / Fees rebates for people pursuing higher education in India. More practical oriented subjects shall be included for training. Sponsorship programmes to benefit underprivileged under govt. schemes.

Open and easy Internet access is a must and knowledge and awareness of Internet including its appropriate and safe usage, its pros & cons etc should be taught at a young age. This will not only ease the marginalization issue but will develop the quality our country's human resource. On the long run these people will be able to help themselves and contribute positively to the economy. I should add that quality of distance education in India is abysmal and thus is looked down upon by employers.
