1. Show sincerity by investing time and money in it, not just paper, ink and show of intention. 2. Develop a 6 month rigorous interactive curriculum based on concrete general-professionalism requirements in terms of spoken english, reasoning, logical ability, team work, cultural sensitivity, target based performance approach etc. 3. Train teachers, pay them well, give performing individuals & students mileage.

Projects like TEACH INDIA which involves the common man in education. Currently educating marginalised youth has been left to limited number of NGO and Government run schools which are both failing. We have a system in our residential society where senior citizens have taken to teaching children of household helps and nearby kids in the open space. Something similar will involve many more people and make education all pervasive

Sir, Such a Programme of "Sikho India Sikhao India" can be launched from 5th September , a National Teacher's day. As a social & national responsibility and National, Constitutional duty, if each wel educated person resolves to Literate on marginalised youth, within a span of 2 - 3 years, we can literate Millions of Marginalised Youth. Rather than going for Big Extra vagant Plans, such a People's Participative Plan may yield good results on this front. Thanks & Regards, Jai Hind.

The admission process should be more transparent.Admission via Donation should be stopped. School, colleges should be not allowed to charge fees they wish to.Quality of government schools colleges needs to be improved.Students should be given admission on basis of merits not on basis of their caste.Fees waiver to lower caste is OK but admission is not acceptable. The benefits for students under caste is such that we wish we should NOT have been in Open caste.Open category is NEW backward caste.

Sir, WE can have a specific Programme, wherein a Short term Course material can be designed targetting the Literacy Improvement among marginalised Youth. And, with a minimal training the Volunteers in every village, tehsil, suburbs who are educated and undergone this minimal training, can teach these marginalised youth in their spare time. This participation on part of educated Volunteers shall be without any monetory or nonmonetory expectations. we can term it as Sikho India Sikhao India.
