only way to improve literacy and the quality of education is that make each and every public servant and each and every politician to enroll his child in govt school. the status of education and literacy would improve automatically without any special efforts.

First things first, make sure schools / colleges are properly equiped. You are spending tax payers money but that is actually going to some's pocket and not on the school building. Second Make sure each and every appointed tutor, principal is present every day at school and doing his job. Put CCTV camera's if you have to. Fire 20 Teachers in each state and see rest of them falling in line.

With Digitization only we could bale to provide the education, As capable teachers can teach remotely to the students and students should be allowed to write online exams any time of the year if they have cross their year for that standard so it avoids failed students from being drop out. if teachers are paid OT for teaching remotely then there will be competition from teachers to teach as many classes as possible.

Abolition of reservation (after school level) + further ammendment in ARTICLE 21A of indian constitution .

As par give up subsidy in LPG, there should be give up option for Reservation. It will buildup the strength of youth and more beneficial for our society and Government also. Reservation once given may be used for other desired peoples.

#Education: We have to improve the standard of govt. schools in term of infrastructure, teachers availability & mindset of the teachers. We can set up a task force of youth in a cluster of villages to motivate the marginalized people to send their children to schools & not to think of dropping out. Scholarship/loan may be arranged for academically good students. Corporates may be requested to adopt some schools in rural/tribal areas under their CSR. RTE may be implemented in letter & spirit.
