To identify students who are committed to study and their economic back ground is not supporting them to continue their studies, they should be supported by government through scholorships or free education with free boarding facilities in good educational institutions. Fees structure for other students can be linked with their Yearly income. Higher income people can pay more education. The difference in income can be used for the poor committed people on education.

Govt can also look at me. According to me since birth every student must have 20lakh loan with interest. For education purposes only and not withdrawn cash. It will be transferable to college and coaching. We know that none of the student can spend whole money at a time so not much burden on govt. After that govt stop scholarship and quota becasue every student will become capable to take admission in any college in india. After the job student will return back the loan value to the govt. One of the most demerit of our education system is quota system . People who are self sufficient and have all the resources avilable take advantage of it, and the poor people who really don't have the resources not able to take the advantage of it . So there should be define criteria so that if you or your family members have the good income source you can't avail the benefits of quota system.

Appeal to all well to do and literate citizen of India to adopt one illiterate person, finance or educate them as a measure of their contribution to fight illiteracy in the country.imagine 10 million well to do persons taking responsibility to help their less fortunate brothers. Also open several technical schools through out India as a means of helping marginalized citizen acquire skills so that even without very education, they can work as welder, electricians, plumbers, construction workers .

I think by following view must be educate to all youth 1.To provide Basic Education Regarding Importance of Education to Marginalized youth with include Why need Education. 2.Link the Dream Of Youth in such a way by qualified educator to youth who feel that there dream must be Fulfill only by education & 3.as per time / condition's demand an educator must be Diagnose & Solve the Problem Regarding Youth Education.

1 Do the reality check of the schemes implemented by the Govt, whether they are reaching the needy or being consumed by some greedy. 2 Improve the quality of education and infrastructure in the schools, we seriously lag in providing even the basic infrastructure. 3 Give them technical training also and proper guidance and motivation by sharing success stories. 4 Please make sure that the education ministry is in hands of some competent minister who is willing to take steps for bringing change

Recently, read a news about a person in Delhi, who started teaching some slum dwellers's kids under a metro pillar. We need to create interest among them about education and its necessity in every step of our life. For that, parents have to be motivated first so that they can further motivate their kids for joining school. Education for them should not be limited to a exam oriented system only. We should make them learn in a very interesting and entertaining manner.
