1. Ban donations in schools/colleges.(heavy fine, jail for defaulters) 2. Make a list of all students who have dropped out of schools. 3. Send a personalized letter from our PM to selected 100 (Teachers and Students) in each district requesting them to visit each students and urge them to join schools. 4. Lateral entry of such students should be allowed to schools. 5. The students who get enrolled should try to encourage at least one other kid in their locality to get enrolled.

Instead of making new schools in districts the gov. Should invest their time and money in a single institute that can cater the needs of these students just like a boarding school . This can also act as a platform to develop talent and passions which would not be able to be developed in cases where the family is illiterate and cannot understand the significance of things. This institute could break down the class differences and even develop the child's psychology

The parents in marginalised families are not well aware of the education. Still the child labour is there, there is a need to make people aware of the requirement for education. Some policies must be made to provide quality education to poor students and that must be kept in check on regular intervals. Teachers must be well qualified and teach the students with best resources. To see a change we need to be part of it and bring the whole nation together to equality.

these are my ideas: 1. Organise speeches and demonstrations in rural areas on the importance of education to convince parents to send their children to school instead of fields. 2. Spend more money on development of rural schools and also set up committees to review their functioning. 3. Organise student exchange programs between urban and rural schools occasionally to promote exchange of experiences which would also inspire and motivate the marginalised youths.

And last request from my side .. Teachers must not be chosen on the basis of teacher training course .which they have completed 5 or 10 years ago.per year like bank exam teachers recuirtment exam must be taken and then training must be given to only those candidates .no matter who will bear training cost gov . or candidate.through this young fresh talent will teach the future of country not like today where 50 years women joins school to teach .assume how and what she could teach.best of luck..

Hlw.I think gov. Should add 1 extra mark for the students those passed from gov schools at competitive xms. Through this parents will give priority to gov schools inspite of private schools ... And secondly just like private sector gov. Schools should classify them self's as Hindi or English medium .. As now people wants that their kids must be from English medium.
