I would suggest checking cash transactions largely. Rupee denominations more than 50 should be removed and people should be encouraged not to tender cash on transaction beyond a limit like few hundred rupees. Direct taxes should be lessened and taxes on transactions should be levied.

Sir, Saving electricity is a very requirement of the present time. Not only by using LED lamps, but also by switching off the unnecessarily running devices at home, at office or at public places etc. A large quantity of electricity is wasted every hour due to lack of awareness on this. We must remember that electricity saved is electricity generated. Billions of rupees are spent daily to generate electricity in 24x7 mode & we know, today's progress stands mainly on electricity. It needs care.

People should rewarded at every 6 month if they decrease their use of electricity than former 6 month. This type of scheme will encourage people to save energy at their home. if it is not possible than they must awarded by giving discount some amount from their bill. This will definitely bring Improvement in Saving Electricity.

People should be encouraged to pay electricity bill online through mobile by giving discounts which will save fuel / energy spent to travel to bank or bill payment counter.
