We need to concentrate on private engineering colleges which runs as worst business module... In these private institutes engineering education is not taught but these are merely run for giving the degrees .... Even in these engineering institute faculties are not paid regular and they are hiring low quality faculties...

Like Bridge in J&K, Statue of Unity etc. A amount contributed towards specific project should be given 22 percent (20%+2% extra) should be exempted from tax alternative to charity purposes.
