एप्लीकेशन के स्रोत कोड़ के माध्यम से सहयोगात्मक रूप से एप्लीकेशन के विकास संबंधी नीति का उद्देश्य एप्लीकेशन के विकास के कार्यों में तेज़ी लाना और ओपन सोर्स विकास मॉडल के सिद्धांतों के अनुसार इसका कार्यान्वयन करना है। इसके द्वारा सरकार मौजूदा एप्लीकेशन के पुनः प्रयोग को बढ़ावा देना चाहती है। वर्तमान में चल रही एप्लीकेशन और नई एप्लीकेशन को एप्लीकेशन के स्रोत कोड़ के माध्यम से सार्वजनिक डोमेन पर विकसित किये जाने पर विचार किया जा रहा है और कम समय में बेहतर उत्पादों का विकास करने के लिए सहयोगात्मक रूप से विकास संबंधी कार्यों को बढ़ावा देकर सरकार के अंतर्गत एवं बाहरी कार्यों में नवाचार को प्रोत्साहित किया जा रहा है।
ई-शासन एप्लीकेशन ओपन सोर्स प्रणाली के अंतर्गत लोगों के द्वारा किसी एप्लीकेशन के स्रोत के प्रयोग एवं प्रकाशन से संबंधित जानकारी प्रदान की जाती है जो लागत और इसके विकास में लगने वाले समय में कमी लाने एवं अधिक पारदर्शिता द्वारा सुरक्षा और लोगों के विचारों के माध्यम से गुणवत्ता में सुधार लाने में सहायक है।
एप्लीकेशन के स्रोत कोड के द्वारा सहयोगात्मक रूप से एप्लीकेशन के विकास संबंधी नीति के लिए हम आपके सुझाव एवं विचार आमंत्रित करते हैं।

Government and prime minister always talk about Skill Development. But did this government has taken any step for skill development ? We are youngster , yes with good degree but don't have enough skill to survive in market . Solution of unemployment is skill development. We have to survive in competitive market.I have engineering degree but don't have enough skill so doing stupid work in Gulf to earn money for family.I hoped that you will do something in this manner but now i amlosing my hope

Sir I'm an IES aspirant..Being an IES officer has always been a dream 4 me..would appear for IES 2015..but the article on proposal for reduction in retirement age of Central govt employees from 60 to 58 is rlly frustrating me..as a nod to this would cause my father to retire the next year for which I would need to leave my dream aside and hunt for a job..I don't fear struggling hard but t want to struggle for my dream..I don't want to live to simply earn..rather live to work out for my dream..

modi ji, Why should not application process made online, for all the recruitments organised by different central ministries. so that unemployed like me could be confirmation that application has been accepted for which i have applied. i filed several application but did not get any reply about acceptance. They have kept my draft as a gift like in their sons birthday.

मोदी जी, ये साइट तो आपने बना दी है, लेकिन कोई इसको देखता भी है इसका कोई proof नहीं है आपके या किसी और के पास, ये बस एक simple हजारो दूसरे ग्रुप discussion pages की तरह जिनके बाढ़ se फेस बुक जैसी साइटों भरी पड़ी है .. आपसे गुजारिस है थोड़ा इस पर विचार करे , हम साइट पे सिर्फ इसलिए आते है kyoki आपने आग्रह किया है बहुत सरे मंचो से.

Modi ji, you has announced in Australia that "Attestation from gazetted officers would be discontinued " but look back here in India, in SSB(Army) and all other clerical examination from different bodies even now they are asking for attestation from gazetted officers till now. "If possible pl publish this news through news papers Publicly"

Dear PM ,your cleaning india dream is good and it is necessary for india but your dream will be succesful when u provide dustbins also.you make necessary, to put dustbin in small shop also,then people not throw cigrate, polythene and other things on road and drain.this process will be effective and give result soon.
