For any country aspiring for a vibrant economy, youth are the important power to generate the required wherewithal. IGNORE THE YOUTH, AND FEEL THE PAIN OF PERIL. LAUNCH OF 'MUDRA' IS A MILE-STONE, NO DOUBT. BUT WE HAVE YET TO CREAT AN 'ARMY' OF YOUTH WHICH IS ARMED TO MAKE USE OF 'MUDRA'.
