1.Identify interest & talent avail areas. 2.More & more youngsters & citizens encouraged to involve entrepreneurship activities. Govt & various industry must encourage local talent to grow. Like, automobile industry can buy spare parts from local entrepreneur according to there capability. Like that various sectors can be identified &create opportunity, so that,initial supp/struggling can be avoided.

yes.they have the potential to play an important role not only in job creation but also in exports of our country.main issues regarding SMEs and MSMEs are capital investments,technology related issues,lack of managerial skills,marketing skills etc..so we need to strengthen DICs,ministry of MSME should conduct various programs which should focus on technology know-how,should also provide guest lectures with great entrepreneurs.even all banks should make MSMEs loans as priority lending sectors.

In my thought like China such type small factories should open which productions Like electronic . Toys , furniture, and all that types which we purchase from China and from other countries. As we all know that most things we purchased from out side . So if we want to make in India dream true . You have to take such types strong steps . As soon as possible because you know well your openent are trying to pull down .

Reduce working hours from 8hours to say 4 hours to create job for every one and to create creativity. Long working hours does not create productivity per hour. It gives opportunity to fe person This is very important for ladies to handle home related activities.

I have left my job to be an entrepreneur.I am not sure that I will succeed at the initial stage but will not stop trying.
