Respected our famous P M i wana talk about railway safety. I have a idea those provide safety to railway without any cost. And railway can generate revenue and self employment more than 1 lakh directly nd appox. Double indirectly. As well as railway will be more clean and provide more facilities. Respected PM sirji, now Govt employees are getting very high salaries both in States and Central. Please, give your authenticated advise or act upon with your extraordinary powers to stop corruption in India. So that you will going to help most of the non-govt job holders and fellow Indian citizen, subsequently savings will increase instead of spending for corruption.

When e-governance portal implemented, quickly(3-4 months) abolish manual system in approvals, certificates etc. Having no choice will lead seeker & the giver to the new corruption free platform. Create a big yet useful website, we need to be doing every thing in one place.(now each dept has separate page, I am not sure if I have missed any procedure). Will save 10% of our cost. and we will grow faster to generate employment. Also abolish interstate migration laws to make us competetive

Firstly, Govt and Universities have to question themselves, how much importance are they giving for Degrees and PGs, which they provide after completion of course. There are many many people are unemployed after completion of courses like, BA, Bcom, Bsc, B tech, MCA, MBA etc. Some of them even Phd completion candidates. Govt of states or Central must have solution, otherwise shouldn't speak about job creation from government point of view. They just provide unemployment fund until get job.

Solar power can reduce gap between supply and demand. We are endowed with plenty of sun shine. A few suggestion in this regard: 1. Feasibility of putting solar panel on top of railway bogey to self sustain it even for AC. 2. Use of Solar power be made mandatory for all commercial and govt. establishments. 3. Cooperative and individual households should be encouraged by incentives to install solar power thereby reducing load on conventional power.

can our govt remove those consultancies who act as middle ware between company and human resources it will reduce the fraudulent with job seekers that has to pay a significant amount of money to get a job and also will reduce corruption inside companies and different MNCs.These consultancies demands a particular amount of money to provide a job inside a private or govt. firm without any recruitment procedure ,skill test organised by the firm.And,a skilled person wandering in case lack of money.
