Our Govt need to change employment office dramatically, it should be digitized and record should be used not only for govt job but also should be shared with private company. A few company in the field of providing suitable manpower are earning huge amount and are above 10000 cr market cap. Govt can very easily tap this market to provide manpower and credential of data provided by govt will be more reliable. i think this step will advantage govt to know more about unemployed youth & their faith.

in our country most importent problem is job.after that job related exam. why are not make a now days big problem faced our unemployment youth a lots of form filled .and each form cost may be 500 hundred rupees.and one year they are expend approx 5000 thousand rupees .if our gov is make one hall and these hal proved all information about all jobs .and also take exam in this hall.and one time fees taken by our gov for one year.
