17 नवम्बर 2014 को अपने ऑस्ट्रेलियाई दौरे के दौरान माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी ऑस्ट्रेलिया के सिडनी में रह रहे भारतीय मूल के लोगों को संबोधित करेंगे।
प्रधानमंत्री इस संबंध में ऑस्ट्रेलिया में रह रहे भारतीय लोगों के सुझाव चाहते हैं। इस फोरम को विशिष्ट रूप से प्रधानमंत्री जी के संबोधन हेतु सुझाव प्राप्त करने के लिए बनाया गया है। भारत और ऑस्ट्रेलिया के रिश्तों को विशेष रूप से व्यापार, वाणिज्य और पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में कैसे मज़बूत बनाया जाए इससे सम्बंधित सुझाव आमंत्रित किये गए हैं।

श्री मोदी जी न केवल अपने संबोधन में उन सुझावों को साझा करेंगे बल्कि उन लोगों के नाम भी बतायेंगे जिनके द्वारा यह सुझाव दिए गए हैं।

1. Racist attacks against Indians must stop 2. Australia and India must come together for regional peace tot thwart Chinese Aggression in Indian ocean. 3. Mutual exchange in Industry,commerce & education may be boosted.. 4.Cultural understanding, spiritual appreciation, herbal-ayurvedic knowledge along with yoga- culture may help Australians to appreciate India rather than despise Indians. 5. Some of our spiritual and cultural emissaries be encouraged to visit Australia.(Not fake babas)

Australia is a rich and developed country.Therefore Australia can contribute in Indian Development.Indian community of Australia is also rich therefore they can contribute in the development of Agriculture,industry,tourism and in another fields.Australia is a democratic country .Therefore those democratic rules should be adopted who is successful in Australia.Racial discrimination and terrorism should be controlled by both countries.Statue of Indians should be established in Australia.

PIO's in Australia are not getting proper information regarding visa and related problems. There is difference in the rules and form filling in the site of Govt of India and the high commission-As a result the forms are not accepted and/or rejected altogether by the agencies appointed there for the purpose. They may be provided permanent visa as in US and it should be THOROUGHLY PUBLICIZED through High-commission in Australia.The process may be simplified.INDIAN NEWSLETTER BE SENT TO PIO's.

In last few years Australia has been in news for all bad reasons in indian context.Racial discrimination was probably the root cause. Australian show excellence in all the fields.i think, indian community in australia should bring the methods adopted by them to india so that we can be better than them. I am not talking about investment only but the techniques,zeal,enthusiasm,and many other things.if they adopt our sports centers to develop on the pattern of australia we may excel in many sports.

Reduce red tape in indian embassy /consulate works ..... Last yr i applied for my baby's indian passport in form they ask for sign or thumb impression or put reason why baby cannot sign ( how 1 month baby can sign or even put thumb impression and with form they need three copies of parents passport ..... These types of extra formalities put sone time stress or 2-3 visits for simple work

Indians working in Australia across various fields can be connected to the students of Indian Universities through a network so that they can interact and students of India can gain from their experience and enhance their learning in whatever discipline they are. One university from both countries can be paired and learn from the others speciality and improve mutually. This can also be replicated in other countries with Indian community.

Really great to hear Modi ji. Is there any possibility that instead of creating big solid waste treatment plant for a state or group of districts, Small treatment plants be setup within a district catering to few wards only. That will reduce freight cost. These plants should be managed at community level. I think that way responsibility can be fixed more effectively.

what a speech, I want to thank you for sharing your thoughts. when I came from USA 2 years back I wanted to so much cleaning, but i gave up and now I am back even my daughters asking elders in mall on road to think about cleaning. I have proposed to charge some amount and get sponsors to design nice color garbage bag and ask everyone to use it more and more..this will help in containing, help sweepers to pick and stop spreading the garbage....Please use this idea
