17 नवम्बर 2014 को अपने ऑस्ट्रेलियाई दौरे के दौरान माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी ऑस्ट्रेलिया के सिडनी में रह रहे भारतीय मूल के लोगों को संबोधित करेंगे।
प्रधानमंत्री इस संबंध में ऑस्ट्रेलिया में रह रहे भारतीय लोगों के सुझाव चाहते हैं। इस फोरम को विशिष्ट रूप से प्रधानमंत्री जी के संबोधन हेतु सुझाव प्राप्त करने के लिए बनाया गया है। भारत और ऑस्ट्रेलिया के रिश्तों को विशेष रूप से व्यापार, वाणिज्य और पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में कैसे मज़बूत बनाया जाए इससे सम्बंधित सुझाव आमंत्रित किये गए हैं।

श्री मोदी जी न केवल अपने संबोधन में उन सुझावों को साझा करेंगे बल्कि उन लोगों के नाम भी बतायेंगे जिनके द्वारा यह सुझाव दिए गए हैं।

My suggestion to the PM is, if possible he may discuss or raise points to upgrade "Tram System" in Calcutta with direct help from tramways of Melbourne - only two cities in both Australia & India where this pollution free mass transport system is still in operation. Melbourne has upgraded and expanded its' tram network to make the city less polluted, we have downgraded & contracted it. Lets reverse the process!!!

Su prabhat from Australia Modi ji I hope you will read my message. First of all I want to praise you to bring normal people like us to be a part of Indian government. I am very much impressed with your hard work and dedication and you impressed me all the time to work harder in my personal life I love India and being Indian but as I am living here I will be Australian citizen in next 4 years and for that I have to surrender my Indian citizenship (Passport). Part 1

A lot can be done between India and Australia to assist India in privatisation of Indian Railways. India has the most experienced and trained railway personnel but very inefficient systems. Australia has privately managed urban and freight railways, private railway infrastructure managers, private railway operators and excellent systems. India can benefit from Australia to train its workforce, develop customised systems, training schools, privatise IR, then export the model to other countries

Agriculture being backbone for India, PM should be looking into Australia which has done well in the sector. There should be interaction at both political and ground level. Get leading Australian farmers/universities train/develop skills of Indian agricultural universities/colleges.

Do come to Melbourne as well. We recently had a diwali celebration here which was attended by Victoria premier and opposition leader.. the opposition leader promised to vouch for an Indian precinct in the city centre. At the moment, there is Vietnamese, greek, Italian etc. and there's a china town. according to vic premier indians in Victoria are second largest community.

Indians can think about starting their own business in Australia rather than doing a job. This can later be expanded to India. They can Promote Indian Industries in Australia & can become entreprenuers. They can also promote INDIA as a destination for manufacturing & TOurism among Australian community
