Dear Madam, Please stop Long-Term Gain Tax (LTGC). As we middle-class people will save our hard-earned money for years and years for the future plans of our family. But in the last year budget government has started laying tax on long term gains also. So please stop this OR at least try to reduce the tax percentage OR increase the limit of money from the present 1 lakh. Thank You.

Dear My Gov team ,there is must be mechanism for population control as we are not creating that much employment opportunities as there is growth in our population. There must be proper Project management unit for the Centrally Sponsored Schemes like AMRUT,Smart City ,SWM,NULM etc. with which we can help in creating employment opportunities and reliable monitoring of projects.Apart from constructing new IITs,IIMs ,AIIMs we should also focus on creating Institutions like Music School etc.

Seizure of movable & immovable assets by Central agencies like Income Tax Department, Enforcement Directorate, Customs and Central Excise are routinely reported in the media. What happens to such seized financial assets? Can these be used for the benefit of society? The attached document suggests how this can be done. What is proposed is a 'Reverse Direct Benefits Transfer' scheme where assets seized from dishonest people are utilized for the benefit of society. G Shantaram

Tax payer must have some benefits on the tax paid he paid. 1) At the age of 60+ the tax payer should get back some percentage of tax paid maybe 30% but not exceeding some limit. 2) All EPF holder must by default have life insurance coverage from EPF. May be if a person is deceased he or she would get 3 times of PF balance and not exceeding certain limit. This will boost working employees to contribute to PF and encourage them by not withdrawing PF early in their life.

We are a Software Product and services Company, registered MSME entity.. Our industry is highly competitive with very thin margins. Our customers deduct TDS at 10% which chokes our working capital . For MSME sector pls. reduce the TDS rates to 2% which will really infuse some life which will motivate us to do our part in Nation Building. Jai Hind!!

To help farmers and save foreign exchange and to promote Make In India programme a Success GST should be reduced to 5% on Agro Forestry Timbers,Furniture to 5% ,Timber and cut sizes to 8%. More production of Agro Forestry produces more Oxygen and reduces pollution unlike plastic and iron.TCS on Timber should be abolished as 90% of the TCS collected is being refunded .Most of the Forest Derpartments and govt agencies are not uploading the TCS details which is creating problems for refund.
