कौशल विकास का कार्य सरकार / लोक प्राधिकारियों या निजी क्षेत्रों में से किसके द्वारा किया जाना चाहिए?

Should the skill development exercise in mining sector be undertaken by the Govt. /public authorities or should it be undertaken by the private sector?

हमारा देश विभिन्न धात्विक और गैर धात्विक खनिज संसाधनों से परिपूर्ण है। भारत में लौह अयस्क, बॉक्साइट, डोलोमाइट, चूना पत्थर और अभ्रक सहित कई गैर ईंधन खनिज पाए जाते हैं। खनन क्षेत्र (गैर-ईंधन) वर्तमान में सकल घरेलू उत्पाद में लगभग 0.5% का योगदान प्रदान करता है। स्थायी तौर पर त्वरित आर्थिक विकास के लिए, इस क्षेत्र को तेज़ी से विकास करना होगा जिससे सकल घरेलू उत्पाद में इसके योगदान के प्रतिशत को बढाया जा सके।

वैज्ञानिक, सतत और पारदर्शी खनन कार्यों के लिए प्रशिक्षित लोगों की आवश्यकता है। कौशल विकास न केवल उत्पादकता और कार्यस्थल पर सुरक्षा को बढ़ावा देगा अपितु यह लोगों को नई प्रौद्योगिकियों को अपनाने और उसका प्रयोग करने के लिए भी प्रशिक्षित करेगा। वर्तमान में इस क्षेत्र ने 0.2 लाख कर्मचारियों को रोजगार प्रदान किया है जिसका अगले 10 साल में 0.3 मिलियन होने का अनुमान है।

The Biggest Problem that India facing is Unskilled labour.......Regarding this I brought the concept of "R/D Cell" in schools under which what i am going to do we will keep a close eye towards there hobbies......and we are going to develop that hobby....just think if they are going to practice the same thing continously for 12 years.What kind of perfection they are going to acheive and when they enter in there college life they are going to introduce the world with new ideas and thoughts.

Sir the private sectors needs to be involved in all possible skill development institutes. The reason being it would be more efficient, economical and goal oriented. Simultaneously transparent and bias free evaluation & supervision on regular basis should be conducted by the government department concerned.

In recent time villages are improving . roads are getting better concrete structure are replacing wooden homes. motorcycle replacing bicycle . that means improvement going on . But in phase of this improvement; EDUCATION in villages going down to worst. We should improve our zp eduction

Private sector / specialised training agencies is recommended as that is their only job. They are expected to provide good training as they are professionally trained to do so and their livelihood depends upon it. Periodic skill tests both theory and practical should be conducted to ensure proper implementation. Post training follow up is crucial .

Govt. in partnership with private agencies. Proper supervision must be present. The entire program should be transparent. I have a plan : 1.Ask private agencies to train . 2.Set up a separate wing. 3. This wing will conduct exam/exercise at the end of the couse. 4. This wing will also set up the minimum cut-off that a candidate need to pass. 5. If candidate not passed, then he need to take coaching again with extreme care. Thereby we achieve commitment to make him stronger enough.

Any improvement or development is collective responsibility. It seems government has started initiatives in a big way. There are many ngos and associations working in India who are willing to work for better India. Say association of Chartered Accountants, Doctors, Merchants, Engineers etc. Government may think of having discussion with them what they can voluntarily do the best for the country and what government expects them to do. Some milestone deadlines can also be decided for fast results.
