Participation of private sector in rural area to run educational institutions is very less as their motive of profiteering is not achieved.To remove this imbalance,govt should come forward with incentives for private sector such as tax holidays for few years from the establishment of institution,concessional rate of electricity and land,and fees reimbursement for students belong to socially and economically backward section of society. - Mr. Sagar Kumar Nayak
