Namaste my friends and all my elders Let me tell you a story of a heart patient there was a man who is my grandfather and retired government officer and in routine he go for walk with his friends but one day he got an heart attack and then all the precautions he take but one thing he stop ...he stop that morning walk with his friends and his most friends was already heart patient but they always go for walk do some exercise in open area and you know what my grandfather passed away in 2015 but his friends are still alive and go for walk So the thing which we have to learn from the story is that physical exercise is as equal to all other things like healthy diet, being happy etc. For an healthy heart And one more thing which I like to add is that everything should be in limits excess exercise can also cause heart disease

Now ...2day_ 22.12.22 there is not much may happy situation surrounded by every individual surrounded by u due 2 ...corona ...knock knock... it's not easy but now we have 2 take precautionary steps 4 self just follow small kind of act 1_ mask.. qकी अभी से गर हम थोडा सर्तकता से responsibility behave करेग happy situation तो नही है पर tention के बजाय precaution ले situation should not be out of control this r in r hand .. happy नही but calm down तो रेह ही सकते है 2_ try 2 avoid fake/fraud news .. soc/ media im4mation..don't get hyper cause it's only data number based im4mation 3_ if u know yourself better self_habit,health,area climate just enough&take care .. 4_u know eating simple food homemade r enough & u know foreign country mostly use packed food और महिनो से packed होता है try 2 avoid_or less in amount 5_& don't completely belive on others 1st self then others & ask govt whatever u have questions .. politician/bureaucracy r your servents(not relatives) u r owner...

Real happiness is not only to make yourself happy by your deed, instead of thal real happiness is the happiness when you make another person happy by your good effort If you can change another person life in a good way by inspiring or helping them , it will be happiness SPREAD HAPPINESS IN YOUR SURROUNDING
