Sorry I forget to share story ,sir my mother is a heart patients and also she is having diabetes due to minor ha,I was very confused about what to do with this because I tried many things for her like what to eat or not ,to lower down her sugar level but every time I fails ,whenever I visit my home I always checked sugar level which comes high but from last month I have started something for her as I have been suggested the diet plan from one lady she inspired me a lot because for her mother itself she has done certification of nutritionist just because her mother is also a diabetic patient and she just done this certification in order to take knowledge about the nutrition value of food so that she will make a diet for her mother to eat,which will help her mother to lower down the sugar levels now I am also following the same thing .lastly as per my experience all heart related issues started with the bad food habits and less knowledge about the nutrition food .🙏

Sir as per my opinion one should have good thoughts in mind for everyone ,so your heart will automatically be fit all the time -apart from this there are many things you can do in day today life - you can listen music it will help to make you happy 😃 communicate with others ,make friends and discuss some innovative ideas with them and try to work on this and you can motivate others for the good things to be done . Eat healthy Indian food ,for good heart a healthy diet is very important and with this you should have knowledge of what a healthy diet is ! If not then you have to study by your own so that you can improve your health 🙏

Once upon a time, God gave a dream to a man working as a cobbler in the night and said that tomorrow morning I will come to meet you at your shop. The cobbler's shop was very small and his income was also very limited. Still he was happy with life. . God decided to test him. The cobbler brought milk for God and sweets for breakfast. After cleaning the shop, he waited for God. A woman brought the child and said that my child is hungry, so milk is needed to drink. The cobbler gave all the milk to the child to drink. And said that I am hungry and if I get something to eat. Cobbler understanding his helplessness gave him sweets. In this way the day passed and it became night. Now he scolded God, I am poor, so why would you come to meet me, then only the sky came, I came twice today, you passed the exam. Therefore, do not know in what form God is found. We should always be charitable, honest, happy. कबीरा तेरी झोपड़ी गल कटों के पास, जो करेगा सो भरेगा, तू क्यूं होत उदास।
