I believe the idea behind swach Bharat is not just one time cleaning of places of importance but to inculcate the values within people.I do not know for sure if this is already being done but why don't we use GIS based mapping to map the effluents. We also have bins set up at places but the waste is not cleaned regularly. Waste management is also of equal importance here. Also along with the surface water cleaning we need to pay attention to restore preservation.
