one more way to spread awareness is to organise mahotsav in which artist should poatrait diffrent shades made up of sand near basin or alike it would be beneficial for general public as they will come across with the new talent as well as awareness among the people about cleaning ganag and their surroundings...

govt. should also issue the guide lines for the industries near to the basin how far from the basin they can construct the industry or houses and only few ghats should be allowed for the visit of the people for prayers and other related activities...and yes execution of this is must if we really want to save of life line ,,,symbol of our culture heritage....

we should clear the path as well which has been blocked due to encroachment the path should be evaluated by the actual path it had at the time of independence it should be implemented with 100% honesty....

with the permission from the concern officials we can also dig cannels to the agricutlure land from the basin it would solve the water problem and we can also promote fishing into it which would help our farmers in their livelihood...but we all have to take initative not only for ganga but all rivers and all water resources to keep them clean...

the only way to clean ganga river is to educate people of india not to throw waste materials into it and installation of water treatment plant at every 100-150 km area along with imposing heavy fine on the industries who's polluted water is thrown in the river as well as drainage should not be thrown in the river directly into the river we have to initate on our own for this...
