Current websites are working fine. No issues so far. Problems associated with Tatkal ticket bookings have been resolved by Modi Govt. after a simple stet of increasing the servcer capacity. Since then, I have never gone to any agent for booking Tatkal Ticket. Mobile Applications need to be developed further.

The Functions of the Android App for NTES, should be ported to ordinary mobile phone users. This can be done via USSD based enquiry system. This will ensure that any one with mobile phone can get train details easily in the least costly manner. NTES should be accessible via all media 1. USSD based enquiry via mobile phones 2. SMS based 3. Telephone based IVR enquiry 4. Smart phone based Apps 5. Website 6. Terminals at railway stations.

The model for the Train Inquiry System should be based on the 'Call Centers' With the increasing technical advancement in the Indian Railways, various application for smart phones and e-inquiry on computers and laptops, the '139' needed to be re-organized for the rest of 85% of population who don't use these smart phones and computers and laptops for the Railway inquiry.

Can we made some sattelight based data enquary system which can work on T.V because 80% population in India have T.V with them those who travel in trains so they can assess easily without internet and that is good for female also further net is a costly affair for a conman Indian people and needs operating knowledge.

' dissemination' Help to 139 and getting Help by 139' trains enquiry system is all based at internets mainly May I suggest the H'nable(s) if could be be more useful effective at main INTETERIORs of States towns ,here still internet and telephonic services are at Hash. The proper information should be available at Interiors there the passengers are always not aware of this facility and even will never believe the Railways can do for them. When pnr status is checked it should provide the correct coach position also. The NTES app Does not provide a search history of the trains that should be updated.The touch pad installed at the staions generally does not work at all that deprives the general public of the train enquiry services.
