139 Should be responded by computerized real time based tracking system.Train No/PNR No. has to be input for the required information,if want to talk to customer care executive pay some charge from the mobile balance / bill. Computer based devices can be installed at station area for self service kiscko. Private company can be hired for such services.

This time I want to moot the idea of a free thought topic in every group where any one can submit his thoughts other than the topics under discussion. I want to say this time that the empty trains returning after delivering particular goods may be utilized better for two way goods carrying. One way carriers are petroleum product / open bogies or container carrying trains In fact their potential can be better utilized by design change.

Respected Sir, I wish to suggest that Free wi-fi permitting only with railway enquiries that is 'trainenquiry.com' only. This will not only reduce unnecessary rush on enquiry counter but also facilitate passengers with accurate and immediate information of their interest.This will also prove to be a source of income to railways through their IRCTC and Railtel. The cost of wi-fi can be met by earning through Advertisements. Moreover, free service providers can also be invited.

In continuation to my last post Futuristic presentation. But you all need to sensitize the personnel who directly come in contaact with the end-users of your services. The TT, The counter clerks, The canteen-service providers, i.e. the waiters/delivery boys, The cleaners/sweepers etc. If your Ministry does, say for example, 10% work; your consumer-connect personnel must deliver 80%. Your suggestions are very welcome. Yours Sincerely Suresh Prabhakar Prabhu Minister of Railways" BUT MY RESPONSE TO IT IS UNDELIVERED. FAILURE NOTICE CAME. SO I AM POSTING IT HERE:- "Futuristic presentation.But you all need to sensitize the personnel who directly come in contaact with the end-users of your services"
