All the important Education Commissions of India-The Radhakrishnan Commission,The Mudaliar Commission,The Kothari Commission etc recommended 10+2+3 SYSTEM .Hence Higher Secondary should be a separate entity which is the most important period in education Also ,Vocationalisation of Higher Secondary is important.Higher Secondary schools are to be converted to community colleges and Diploma and certificate courses in selected skills are to be started.

Increase the period per week im college.lectures and professor has very less lecture and this will give quality education because no period will be vacant.attendence system should be modified in degree collage.some professor do not attend his period. After increasing period all the post fulfill automatically

Such a structure severely undermines a rigorous combination of disciplinary and interdisciplinary course structure that evolves after a great deal of academic labour, debate and above all vision. In our Universities, courses are reviewed, new pedagogies adopted and a system of peer review of courses followed that cannot be substituted by the mechanical and unreflexive cafeteria model. The latter does not allow sufficient time, or rigor for students to grasp any one area of research or discipline

Theme 1: Comment on CBCS CBCS will undermine the academic and interdisciplinary focus of our Universities and in the ultimate analysis, amounts to interference in the academic autonomy of the University. CBCS works on the principle of homogenisation of higher education in all universities, compelling a top down approach to impose a cafeteria approach to the course structure.
