sir, i am resident of mumbai and have opted out of gas subsidy. i observe that only 15000 people from bharat gas has opted out. i belive, across india, only 50,000 people would have opted out of subsidy. my suggestion 1. budget proposal: person with total income in excess of Rs 10 lac (including all income) in last three years will not get subsidy. this can be tracked through PAN 2. to incentivise people to give up subsidy voluntary, Our beloved PM can send letter of appreciation to people

Department of Railways, Army. Air force , Health , Navy and many industries are working 24X7 for national service. Economy is playing sole role in development of any country. So Banking system also should work 24 hours in three shifts like other industries. This will decrease rate unemployment, clear important bills pending on different tables. Due to this development which is possible in 5 years that country can do in two years. Then only 100% public will have access to bank transactions..

Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modiji launched very essential Jan Dhan Yojana to open a saving account of poor in Bank. But banks like SBI is not keeping form of this Yojana in their branch they had given this work to SBI tiny which is nearby the branch. In SBI tiny person who nis working there is taking Rs. 80 to 100 from the poor people for opening of account under this scheme. In other banks also if situation like this then please take serious action against such banks .

Following changes are compulsoriy required in banking system: 1) Rate of Interest for Home Loan should be equal in all Nationalised banks. It should be on reduced basis of principal amount. 2) Home loan sanctioning process should be done through single window system. It is observed that many places this process is rotten due to corruption. 3) Home loan amount should be inclusive of Legal charges , Title search report charges & Registration charges. 4) Process should have fix time span.

Milk vendors, General stores, Kirana, Hotels, Clothes shop or any vendor when customer is purchasing things at that time receipts are not given . Same case is with Doctors, after checking in OPD doctors are not issuing correct receipt with CST number. Due to this many crores of National Revenue is missed in terms of taxes. So policy should be made in such a way that not a single person should be missed from accountability tax share or calculation, then only India will be developed.

If Govt. wants that for study of Board exams & all competitive exams like IIT coaching classes are required, then why there is need to give grants in multiples of crores to Govt. recognized schools and colleges. In that case please give status of schools and colleges to all these classes. It will save funds of Govt. to be given to institutes for salary or development. This will stop commercialization of education & dual learning of students in schools as well as in classes.
