Continuation with last post of retail participation in enquity mkt i want to say establishment of new link between bank - demat AC - share mkt controlled by directly SEBI. Will encourage retail participation.

Sir, current sensex is very high and mostly big player , Mf, Fii,promoters are making a money.So it is not attracting retail investors in eq mkt. Also they are not happy with current system where they have to pay charges or brokerage, Huge DP charge. Can we have a comon tool which should link between Dmat AC and online equity mkt. So no need of broker as mediator. It will intrct Salaried and savings ac holders to invest money with minimum charges as per their flexibility . like M F does.

The healthcare system in India is a mess. So is the healthcare ministry ever since. Following the US system of creating an effective drug control body, pharmacy regulators, price regulations are long overdue. None of commercial commodities carry nutritional value for cholesterol, sodium etc to create awareness among people for a better life. All the health ministry ever does noticeable is to ban and tax tobacco.

Sir I would suggest dat taxes on eco-friendly vehicles like cycle, electric car etc should be made tax free and the taxes on traditional vehicles which run from petrol diesel should be increased by this people will start searching the alternative and they will have to choose the eco-friendly vehicle. And sir the truck and other commercial vehicles should not come under it as this will raise the inflation rate

Sir, free wifi in india will incrrase e- commerce. Involve e commerce companies into this. They will do this for u. Lot of vat/excise/ income tax for government. Win win for all. Use e commerce companies in digital india compaign. Person earning 15000 pm buying online n paying while delivery of guds. Beneficial for govt for taxes.

Sir, donot keep footwear out of excise duty. Upto 499 mrp no excise at present. V huge production in footwear units. They want exemption fm excise due to fear of excise staff. Give commitment by law that no central excise staff will visit. U will get minimum 10000 cr revenue by levying 4% excise without cenvat. Think over this .

Employer share for epf should b reduced to 8% upto 50 employees unit. Earlier wages were low n epf rate was 8%, now wages has gone up n epf share of employer also gone up. Most small units keep workers out of records due to high rate. Pl think on this practically. Tnks

Sir, small scale excise exemption limit of 1.5 cr has become a problem for growth. I explain this,due to fear of central excise officials no manufacturer wants to go beyond 1.5 cr. Loss of vat/cst/income tax also. So pl increase this limit to 5 cr in this budget. I assure u lot of jobs will b created,production will go up.no revenue loss at all. Donot wait for gst. It is urgent.also levy excise duty on all exempted products, subject to guarantee that no excise official can visit factory. B real

Before doing DBT on food supply, the ineligible people to be weeded out, as the Ration Cards are not ultimate to identify BPL families, and these Ration Card holders are having high end luxury cars, Villas, Flats, etc., and use the goods purchased from Ration for feeding their Pet Animals..Pan Card, Passport may also be used to eliminate the people from DBT.
