Excise and service taxes are paid by the poor, who don't pay income tax. If NM really wants to help the poor then he should cut excise and service taxes drastically and not cut income tax. NM is on the verge of losing Delhi because he raised excise taxes. He will definitely lose more elections if he does not cut excise/service tax. Also, NM should ask Indian businesses why they are not selling their foreign assets and setting up factories in India with that money. Its because of high excise.

So that income through tourism can be developed. -Railway stations should be cleaned and maintained properly. -The upcoming power plants should be build from renewable energy sources like solar power plant. -Education system should be encouraged only for knowledge basis and not for marks.
