Subsidies have been a political problem for budgets for long and have become open ended liabilities. Move them into dedicated fund mechanism - oil subsidy fund, food subsidy fund, etc. to be administered by various ministries with clear ring fenced funding pools - oil taxes, food grant funded by tobacco tax. Second, make these funds non lapsable with ability to carry forward surplus. That way when there is low surplus people know there will be no subsidy. Dedicated funds take pressure off budget

Keep tax exemption limit at this level but reduce tax rate to 8% inclusive of all surcharges.

So increase the awareness about necessity and wealth of agriculture, because most of the people even educated people also considering agriculture as a third rated job. So it is our duty to make the people to realize prosperity of this field and implement some schemes to encourage more people to do agriculture in our country. Care the tax payer. Do not punish the tax payer for being a tax payer. At present all those who evade Income are given incentives and those who pay taxes are punished by depriving them of various schemes. start a pension scheme only for tax payers if they need it in their life time.

Raise the Tax exemptions commensurate with Inflation for Individual.Exempt the DA announced for the salaried class for the current year.Boost the savings in the country by incentives rather than going out with a begging bowl to foreign countries.

I AM A SALARIED CLASS PERSON AND I HAVE GOT AN I.TAX DEMAND NOTICE OF 5 YEARS BACK INSPITE OF GETTING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND REFUNDS OF ALL MY RETURNS. THIS HARASSMENT SHOULD STOP FORTHWITH AND THE RESPONSIBLE I.TAX OFFICIALS SHOPULD BE MADE ACCOUNTABLE. I AM GIVING THESE SUGGESTIONS IN RESPONSE TO NUMEROUS REQUESTS IN MY MAIL BOX FROM MY GOV.IN. WILL THE GOVT. AND RESPECTED PM TAKE CARE?

Increase the share for Agriculture Development sector "vastly". Because as our India is famous for Agriculture, it even called as a "Agricultural Country". All others ex: IT employees, other govt. and pvt. employees are getting enough salary any incentives even though they are seeking for more offers but nothing has changed much for farmers and their agriculture. So give more offers and incentives for farmers and make them a way to do their job easily and effectively.
