There should not be exemption under any section. It should be made simple. for ex. there should not be any tax upto 4.00 lac,4 to 8 lac it should be 10%, 8 to 12 lac it should be 20%, above 12 lac it should be 30%. Income tax calculation is so cumbersome presently. It should be made simple so that a layman understands it. Remove exemption under all section and make it slabwise as suggested above. ,All perks, allowances, incentives, awards, rewards should be taken for calculaing income.

interstate tax on private vehicles to be abolished. Now all states collects a life time road tax of all private vehicles[for 15 years}, but whenever he/she is transferred[govt servant] they are forced to pay again road tax on the other state causing money loss as well as mental agony. Once paid life tax means he/she can ride vehicle anywhere in India any time irrespective whether the vehicle registered in one state and nowstaying/riding in other state

The paying Banker of the Deductor also would have debited his/her account with TDS details, details and totals of which at the year end would be provided, from which the Chartered Accountant doing the Tax Audit could verify the correctness of the TDS and payments thereon. In case of journal entry credits, the deductor, should make a cheque in the name of the deductee, only for TDS amount.

At the end of the year, the deductor should give certificate to the Deductee, of how much money has been paid along with the TDS amount. This procedure, could be used for other Taxes also For eg.: Service Tax by adding one more row in the cheque. For all these, necessary software should be created in the Banking Industry, with additional rows in the cheque.

Now the collecting Banker on realisation of the cheque, will give credit to the Payee only Rs.21,137/- and make credit to the Central Government Account the TDS amount of Rs.3,863/- immediately. This way the Government could realise the TDS amount immediately, with necessary software. At the end of the Year the collecting Banker will give a certficate to the account holder of how much TDS money has been credited and paid to the Govt. through his/her account with PAN details.

The Cheque System in the Banking should have multiple rows as follows: Total Amount...................... Rs. Payee's Name (PAN...........) Rs. TDS .. % ....... Rs. For example, if the rent paid is Rs.25,000/- per month, the cheque details should be as follows: Total Amount ..................... Rs.25,000/- Pay to Mr.X (PAN : AGFHD 3454 M) ......... Rs.21,137/- TDS .. 15.45% for Rent
