Make general doctors in 3 yrs after 12 th. Ban by law visits of any state/central govt employee in the factoried. Highest authrity of that department should give in writing, if visit is needed. Sir make central guest control law , where only 21people r allowed in marriage.95% lower middle will b benifited.
