Government should insist the retail chains for food items and food inputs like pulses, flours etc must put on their counters large number of smaller pockets of each item. Today only large packets are put in the counter. This results in storing the excess in freezer and after sometime wasting it. This results in wrong use of fridge and waste of energy too.

Middle class Non Pensioner Senior Citizens find it very difficult to make a living. The Govt may consider to give Smart Card & Qualification Based Minimum Pension. They may be given addl 3% interest on Bank Deposits over the card rates. Govt should also consider to bring Janatha Health Insurance for Non Pensioner Senior Citizens. The Govt should prepare National Property Register of all individual properties & Social Security Tax may be levied on wealthy to augment revenue to meet this burden.

At present one house is exempt from WEALTH TAX without any UPPER LIMIT-here please fix certain logical limit otherwise one residential house of a big Industry owner may run into 500 crores like Mukesh Ambani Mumbai House--such costly house must come under TAX NET -and revenue to be utilised for welfare schemes.

Why can't government reserve all infra projects only to pension funds? This will ensure continuous funding for infra projects and at the sametime ensure continuous income to pension funds and also ensure that money is not invested in risky stock market. Infact the earnings will be so large that apart from servicing the pensioners, extra money can be used to pay social security for poor senior citizens we have no pension fund contbn. Also people will not protest paying the infra usage fees
