पूरे देश मे स्थित कुओं (well) के जीर्णोद्धार हेतु एक योजना को बजट मे स्वीकृत किया जाए ।आदिकाल से जल का स्रोत रहे कुए आज अप्रयुक्त होकर बेकार हो रहे है । उनका जीर्णोद्धार होने से पुनः प्रयोग बढ़ेगा ।

शहरों मे सार्वजनिक यातायात को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए एक समग्र एवं मजबूत योजना मिले ।शहरों मे सड़क किनारे पैदल एवं साइकिल का रास्ता होना आवश्यक कर दिया जाए ।इस योजना मे बिलकुल ही अब देर न हो ,बल्कि इस योजना हेतु पर्याप्त वित्त का प्रावधान करके अतिशीघ्र ही इसे शुरू कराया जाए ।

स्वच्छ भारत मिशन के तहत सफाई वाले क्षेत्रों का ब्लॉक बनाकर स्वैक्षिक रूप मे ईछुक सक्षम लोगों /समितियों को बिना किसी वित्तीय सहायता के दिया जाए ।इस कार्य मे प्रयुक्त होने वाले तकनीक ,विशेस सामाग्री जहां जरूरी हो ,उसके लिए वित्त का प्रबंध कराया जाए ।बेरोजगारी की समस्या का भी इससे निदान होगा ।

सेवा निवृत्त कार्मिकों को उनकी योग्यता एवं विशेसज्ञता के अनुसार शिक्षण संस्थाओं मे स्वैक्षिक शिक्षण हेतु योजना स्वीकृत की जाए ।इससे शिक्षकों की कमी भी दूर हो सकेगी एवं एक सामाजिक समस्या का भी निदान हो सकेगा ।

शहरी एवं ग्रामीण सभी के लिए एक सचल स्वास्थ्य सेवा शुरू किया जाए । यह सेवा पूरी तरह से केंद्र सरकार की हो । इस प्रकार की सेवा से गरीब लोगों का काफी भला होगा ।झोला छाप डाक्टरों पर भी इससे अंकुश लग पाएगा । इस प्रकार से स्वास्थ्य सेवा के क्षेत्र मे क्रांति आ जाएगी । इस कार्य हेतु पूर्व सैनिकों एवं सेवा निवृत्त लोगों को जोड़ा जा सकता है ।
