Plantation and preservation of Trees shall be encouraged in an effective way. First we need to identify Trees likw Neem, Mango, etc. which are more efficient in generation of Oxygen and effective in cooling the environment. If these trees are planted in Residential, Educational, Industrial areas, and if they are properly preserved, then these shall be rebate in Taxes like House Tax, Sales Tax or Service Tax. Population Record of these Trees shall be maintained.

Industrial estates formed and be located in and around forest areas so that the heat and chemical emissions will be absorbed by thick vegetation. The residential area for these estate workers be located 2 to 3 km away from the factory area to escape from the harmful emissions and provide easy access to the workers. Existing factories in residential areas relocated to such Industrial estates. Residences away from industrial belt. No of Parks & Gardens promote good climates. .

To mitigate the climate change it has to start from the children by motivating them in schools, next level is educating the farmers about the fertilizers and diverting them to the organic farming and making students involved in creating the industrial waste in to reusable resource is viable one and this makes make in india

In this budget there has to be strict rule on All companies in the SEZ locations to implement solar panels for managing there regular basic electricity usages/needs. This will help them in conserving power and also discipline will come on each companies to support for green revolution and renewable energy. Help the country grow BIG with LESS POLLUTION AND BETTER ATMOSPHERE. Even a 3-5% reduction in electricity demand can create huge jobs and opportunity to the youth of this country.

All national parks in the country like Ranthambore/ JimCorbet/Bannerghata/Kuderamukh/Bandipur/Gantotri etc..should be self sufficient in power generation through solar r wind energy..For the management of these parks we use thermal energy is not advisable a BIG LOSS TO THE GOVT. through PPP model these parks can generate huge renewable energy which will cater to there needs and also supply power to local towns/villages in turn more revenue to govt. and also no pollution to animals r human beings

We have seen the success of GREAT GREEN WALL CHINA our country has huge tracts of land which should be used to convert them into greener pastures whether its kutch/Rajasthan/Tamilnadu/AP.. First all major PSU companies should move to renewable energy production..BEL/BEML/HAL/BHEL/CIL etc..through Solar r Wind energy. They have huge land parcels which need to be better utilized which in turn help in CO2 reduction and also help the country in self sufficiency in power.

Farmers can identify the particular plant from from among the cultivation that can withstand the changing climatic condition and give high yield.Such selections made by farmers using their experience shall be propagated in large scale.The agricultural research centers shall educate the farmers how to identify such crops from their field. The feed back shall be confirmed by Scientists.Incentives shall be given to (1) farmers who report such plants (2) those who develop new methods /practices

Modiji When child parents fill the form of the admission in school.In that form their is one column where parents should be take the responsibility to grow a one tree and they will be look after that tree atleast five year.Every year school admistration check the status of the tree. If that tree is grown fully.then they will be get reward by certificate from that school. >less...
