Planting of trees should be made compulsary and it should be incentivised. RWAs should be given a small subsidies and incentives for green initiatives. Water conservation needs to be promoted and wastage of water should be penalised. Water recycling should be made compulsary alongwith use of solar power in new and even old buildings. Enforcement is the only way as voluntary initiatives will bear results but very very slowly.

Neem tree is the most common and largest oxygen producer in the world, It is also very useful as a medicine. I metro cities on an average we have 10 Societies in every 2 KM areas. And in every society we have average of 500 Sq yard of garden and average 30 trees in every society. My idea is if we can introduce a rule, where every society should plant 10 Neem trees in their gardens and municipal commission of that city will provide these trees. It will be very helpful in reducing air pollution and will also be reduce mosquitos in that area.

Bicycle should be 100% Tax free. Tax of local/state /central all taxes to be nullified for Bicycle. This will not have major impact on government, but general public will benefit  Will help small/medium scale companies to locally make bicycles. Will help develop local economy  Will help poor to save travel costs.  Will motivate urban population to use it & reduce stress on automobiles/buses  Will help save foreign exchange on not fuel  Reduce green house emission  Reduce noise pollution.

Our govt. organizations like schools, hospitals, courts, offices produce lots of waste paper daily. We should recycle this waste to make useful items like paper bags, cups etc. So, Paper Recycling Machine should be provided in every district and instructions should be passed on every govt. as well as private organization to dispose off all their paper waste only in these recycling centers. This can reduce use of virgin paper (and finally wood).

Respected Sir It should be mandatory for all government employees to fill bond to grow 25 Trees in the period of their service. Their Department should issue Tree Identification Number based on real photos or videos. When they retire from their service, a certificate issued by Collector should be present to their department to assure their tree plantation are found on ground in real.
