public are the most willing to help if the programmes are kept at times and place convenient to them.So i suggest that the public participations programmes must be organised at the local ward, village level so that there will also be a feel of community participation.Uniting the people commonly affected by the climatic detoriation is the key to success of such publicly organised programmes

please bring a rule that each house should have tree or while getting permission from corporation to construct house it should be made mandatory for a space to plant saplings. like swach bharath make some campaign. so that everyone should plant a sampling and take care of it. on footpaths avoid concrete near tree so that tree can absorb enough water

Climate change and global warming are the greatest problems to address. I suggest following measures to be taken: 1. Awareness among people for judicious use or resources specially Fuel and electricity 2.Mechanism to regulate industrial pollution 3.Use of greener source of energy 4 promote Green economy 5.Use of bio fuels should be promoted 6.Afforestation should be on massive scale 7.Promote Nuclear energy instead of coal based plants 8.Social forestry It can be successful only by MASS MOVEMENT
