Good Morning Mr. Prime-Minister Sir, I couldn't see any group dedicated to "Indian Wild-Life," hence I am mentioning it in this group. I believe that without a proper balance of flora & fauna, "Green" wouldn't exist, at all. My request to you, is to initiate some projects on saving the remaining "wilderness' of our Nation. There is SO much that can be said, but this 500 words limit, it isn't enough to point out the importance of this balance. Pointedly, our 'existence' depends on it.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी देश के सभी जिलों में क्रशि विज्ञान केन्द्र कि तरह वन विज्ञान केन्द्र खोले जाये ताकि किसानों को। तथा लोगों को पौधों से संबंधित समस्त जानकारी आसानी से उपलब्ध हो सके। जानकारी के अभाव के कारण किसान पौधों का चुनाव नहीं कर पाते हैं । वन विज्ञान केन्द्र के माध्यम से सहि जानकारी प्राप्त हो सकेगी, जिस प्रकार kvk सफल हुए हैं उसी प्रकार वन विज्ञान केन्द्र भी भारत को हरा भरा बनाने में अहम भूमिका निभाएंगे। जय हिंद।

India blessed with conducive climatic condition for Agriculture , We could very well "Make India an Akshaya Pathra to Feed the World". We need to collaborate Science and Technology with Agriculture for making agriculture profitable even in adverse climatic conditions. Best practices from across the world needed for making Agriculture profitable in India and eradicating starvation death and farmer suicide in India. People should get to Farm like they go to work after education.

E) If it works out , 1% Agriculture cess should be extended across all sectors to pool more and more money for Agriculture improvement. After all, We as Indians and more as human beings do not want farmer suicides or starvation death in India or any part of the world. Education , Agriculture coupled with Make in India push the government is already giving to Manufacturing should improve quality of life of entire Indians. We can make Villages the growth engine of our country. Jai Kisan!!!!!!!!

C) 15% for higher support price during drought/flood situation D) 45% for development of Infrastructure for linking rivers , bringing irrigable water to every inch of agriculture field , Developing cold storage for perishable items longevity to improve farmers chance of higher income , Food storage and better food supply chain for improved farmers income.

Continued from my previous posts.. 2) Rough estimate of 2 lakh crore turnover in hotel business through out India per day will pocket government 2000 Crore per day in Agriculture cess. Totaling it to a year , It would be roughly close to 72,000 Crore. This amount could be divided and utilized for A) 25% of amount accumulated could be used for Providing cheap interest loans (1%) to farmers , this will avoid our farmers from committing suicide on financial burden.

Agriculture being backbone of India , Reforms are the need of the hour in Agriculture. Just a high level thought , It can be vetted out in detail 1) We have Education cess in our tax system , On similar lines we may need to have 1% Cess for Agriculture. This 1% at the early stage should be introduced in the profit earned from Hotel business across India. Hotel thrives on products from Agriculture , So it may not be a bad idea to start from there.
