Ministry of renewable energy GOI is to be lauded for its track record.May be it has not given impetus to research and innovative technology to promote green options in energy production in India. But because of this department DAE and other departments become viable.Th will never be the answer.But viability stalling in the usage of Green energy options like solar power etc will always help DAE and others survive.So default storage of Pu will have to be resorted to. GOD's ways are unfathomable.

There has to strict implementation of rules for constructions. Every builder applying for permission to build, he has to submit plan for protecting environment. Has to build a well maintained waste management and processing plant, a solar plant, sewage water treatment plant and decent number of plantation. This also needs to be governed by local government.
