Local people should be educated, encouraged to love environment and should be made partners in conservation of local forests, natural resources and wildlife conservation. Rare species should be well protected. For example, special steps should be taken to address if the new-born turtles are facing any problems from predators, local people before they enter sea. No bad reputation should come to country that environment has been compromised at the cost of development, industrial development.

The number of 'Samaj sainik' badges should be given importance in education admissions, job offers and even if possible government programmes, subsidies or welfare activities, government works/contract workmen/government jobs or more. The weightage criteria of how you consider these badges with respect to other formal customary requirements may be decided and kept fixed through a formula.

Ask people who are interested to contribute one day in week to environment and social cause. List out what are activities they could do. They should record their work and upon completion of task can submit their work to government preferably through internet government website. The directions on how and what aspects to be recorded need to be laid as that is only the proof of work done. Then award the individual personally by issues badges of 'Samaj Sainik'.

There committee and welfare association in every colony in cities.Give people call to link the traditional festivals with the environmental conservation days. Each traditional festival must be linked with related environmental aspect. Diwali crackers must be changed to make them ecofriendly. Make directory of easy contact, communication numbers of associations and contact them when required.

Read the below plan from India Finalized on 2009 but is nowhere seen to be close to be implementation. As per plan by 2015 all developed nations should stop using R22 and developing nations to reduce the usage of R22 by 10%. Successively for developing nations they have to phase out R22 by 2030. for those who dont know, R22 gas is mainly responsible for depletion of Ozone layer. I recently found an article on use of R22 as a cooling gas. All countries including India have signed the "Montreal Protocol" for Climate in 90s. The EU countries and USA have successfully phased out use of R22 as a coolant... But India inspite of having complaince to the protocal has shown no significant steps towards it. Very few ACs have R410a as a coolant. There are no Advertisements to use ACs with that Coolant and no promotions made to bring it...
