दिल्ली के जवाहरलाल नेहरु स्टेडियम, इंदिरा गाँधी खेल परिसर, मेजर ध्यानचंद राष्ट्रीय स्टेडियम, डॉ. श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी तरण ताल और डॉ. कर्णी सिंह शूटिंग रेंज स्टेडियम भारतीय खेल प्राधिकरण (एसएआई) के अंतर्गत आते है। इन विशाल स्टेडियमों का निर्माण 1982 के एशियाई खेलों के लिए किया गया था और फिर 2010 के राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों के लिए इनका नवीनिकरण/पुनर्निर्माण किया गया और अब इन स्टेडियमों में खेल और अन्य स्पर्धाओं के आयोजन के माध्यम से वित्त एकत्रित किया जा सकता है।

अधिक से अधिक वित्त किस प्रकार एकत्र किया जाए इससे संबंधित अपने सुझाव दें।

sports icons should be invited to conduct training program and give some share to SAI. Every week some sport meet to be conducted let it be school or college level and sell the tickets to earn review, it should be turned to alternate recreation centers. Encourage schools and collages to take stadium on rent for Music concerts/Dance competition etc. Space is SAI to be acutioned for an year period to private party for conducting above activities more effectively.

Our sporting bodies do nothing more then watching cricket and putting all developmental n growth possibilities for other sports in dustbin. They should be made accountable for not only brainstorming but also funding and promoting events to draw public into the stadiums. There has to be a start somewhere and not just confining it to revenue but on a broader perspective to promote sports in our country. Currently nobody bothers to even see a local/national level sporting event other then cricket.

Government getting extra revenue should'nt be bared by our people.It should as a gift to our revenue.Sir my suggestion is " The government should conduct some auctions with the help of stars in our nation auction should be conducted for selling their goods to a high price as middle standard people does'nt make any efforts to buy the many rich standard people try to get them.So we can generate money for not only stadiums but for good cause also.

..(in continuence with last post)...if the ticket is booked for more than 3 . Now how railway employee will get the salary???? .well the ans is here....approx each railway employee books 70-80 tickets/day then he will get the commission of 70*15 =1050/day .and in one month approx 30000. and that will be his salary.and by this govt can save 337 crore *5= 1500 crore in 5 year which is sufficient to run a bullet train in india. if you like my idea i have some more more explaination about my idea

In india total no cities having reservation counters 3125 handled by approx 3 persons each counter.so total no of persons = 3125*3 =9375. each of them havins salary around 30000. so in one month govt. pays 9375*30000= 281250000 and in 1 year 281250000*12 = 337 crore approx .instead of that i have an idea i.e. this should not be paid. so what to do? with every booked ticket they should get a commision of 10 rs. per ticket if the booked ticket is for 3 persons and 20 rs

There should be specialized schools for kids interested in sports. Just like there are sainiki schools all over India, each state should have a "khiladi" school where children from 5th std onwards can get training in all types of sports. Some schools can be residential with rigorous training and some schools can be day schools in cities. We have a lot of talent but not enough facilities or exposure to training. This will also help utilize stadium like the one in above question.

Sports stadiums have now become a symbol of pride in every country and in order to keep it in pristine condition, Revenues are required. The easiest solution is to host maximum number of international sporting events in the same existing stadia rather than spend more moey in constructing new ones. Cultural events , award ceremonies can also be shifted to these stadia. Music concerts across the world take place in sports arenas, we can also follow suit,and have concerts in our stadia as well.
