दिल्ली के जवाहरलाल नेहरु स्टेडियम, इंदिरा गाँधी खेल परिसर, मेजर ध्यानचंद राष्ट्रीय स्टेडियम, डॉ. श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी तरण ताल और डॉ. कर्णी सिंह शूटिंग रेंज स्टेडियम भारतीय खेल प्राधिकरण (एसएआई) के अंतर्गत आते है। इन विशाल स्टेडियमों का निर्माण 1982 के एशियाई खेलों के लिए किया गया था और फिर 2010 के राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों के लिए इनका नवीनिकरण/पुनर्निर्माण किया गया और अब इन स्टेडियमों में खेल और अन्य स्पर्धाओं के आयोजन के माध्यम से वित्त एकत्रित किया जा सकता है।

अधिक से अधिक वित्त किस प्रकार एकत्र किया जाए इससे संबंधित अपने सुझाव दें।

Motivate citizen to use the stadium to make sports as part of their daily life... Citizen pay for the facility as they use , it will bring the additional revenue as well will keep citizen sports loving other then cricket.... Example..1). Initiate swiming certification course in the stadium which will encourage citizen to join the program... 2) organize athletics event in the stadium for citizen etc...

one of best and world proven method is by organizing a world class or a even a nationally popular league jst like a isl which is a 4th highest watch league of the world.... we can create a premier atleatic league or a roughbi league and active participation of private sector is equaly important by financialy as well as infra basis....also we can open a national sports musium and gallry in the inner area so it can attract people through out a year..

You can ask Pvt schools to contribute 30% of their Capitation / Donation into Organize Inter-school Sporting events. I obviously feel parents may be willing to pay to watch their children grow in as much as Sports as in Studies themselves. However the events be conducted in Public grounds that might generate a decent amount of Revenues. Were these events to take place on a Govt declared WEEK every Year. This annual program may come entirely under Spots ministry - Who wont say no.

Organise sporting events where top international teams participate in a sporting event. It can be friendly match between Manchester United and Atletico de Kolkata or why not Arsenal vs Liverpool friendly. Similarly top sports personnel in various fields to be contacted and events organised. I'm sure people would be ready to pay to witness these events. Moreover sponsors would be more than willing to come forward. Its because we in India get very few opportunities to see top athletes playing live

According to recent trend , the most effective way is to use social media to find the fund. Provide tax excemption for those who contributed to the venture for the contributed amount . Several well wishers are keen to participate for producing talents from India. Its meaningless to pass burden to AAM AADMI of India by imposing tax , but can impose single time cez on High earning professionals and businessmen and Companies .

Generate funds by fixing a cricket match INDIA vs PAKISTAN in a big & crowdy stadium in India and by those tickets money and sponsers we can get some money.Can find funds from corporate sector like airtel , reliance , tata, aditya birla group etc. Give an option to corporate sector on the basis of BOOT process. Based on Delhi government employees & corporate sectors who earns an income of 1lakh rupees or above per month the government must impose a sports cess.

We have achieved political change, but social and economical changes is not yet started Corruption is the main cancer of our Nation, effective implementation of UID (Addar No) and advanced ICT technologies could be the best solution Agriculture and traditional industries need more support and diverse initiatives through that GDP can be increased World class Infrastructure would be the back born of future Nation building programmes Creating skilled manpower and Job pooling need advanced planning

Must initialize many district tournaments. Such as matches between localities, in which anyone could apply, whether he plays for any camp or not. This will provide platform for many young talents to perform. If possible we must make a core of famous players to visit each and every block and test the capabilities of young kids who are interested. And the chosen kids would be trained and prepared to face international players. We have to do this often (6 times a year), to discover talented kids.
