Need to encourage volunteers to make documentaries about basic hygiene, cleanliness,using toilets and linking this to swachh bharat & play them in rural schools,villages.Especially for a women during pregnancy it very important to maintain hygiene.Govt should organize camps in village & invite volunteers who can contribute to the cause.Many ppl will be willing to contribute for such cause but we dont have a platform to work for it.Govt should give us chance to contribute for such work.

If Gov Charge 10 Rs per Month in Every Person =120 Cr *x 10 = 1200 Cr ( i think No one will go like Applo / Forties / My gov Hospital will be the Best...

According to me, some volunteers must be chosen by the govt. from the concerned areas on the basis of their education and are may be unemployed. A training center should also be needed here, at every block level, where all these volunteers could be trained for concerned issue. One doctor, one nurse, one educationist and one sarpanch could be apart of this training centers. A course contents of this training should be decided by some experts. All the volunteers must be provided with some money.

Health education should be included in the Physical Eduaction subject in the school to give children knowledge and awareness to understand themselves and spread the message in family and the society.
