The major hindrance in the peace and development of the country is the youth that has been left out of the mainstream education, mainstream employment process. The youth which has been under priviledged and has not got access to education and employment must be counselled. The offices of the local corporator, MLA and MP should have the database of the youth in their ward along with the educational qualification. They should be encouraged to promote the initiatives by the PM or the government.

employment is the solve of peace and development,works culture may create busy,development mind.employment through corporate sector, agriculture sector.first skilled development the youth ,by the youth works culture next generation will be developed.

India a country with positive demographic dividend.In the process of peace keeping government can use the power of youth.When we look at many agitations youth are active participants in many of them.providing them with quality and secular education and creating opportunities for them will help keeping them aloof of such activities.creating unions and groups consisting of youth to spread the message of peace and maintain order will help them being employed and also can control situation.

For sharing of peace it is very necessary to fill ththe basic needs of poors. Increase employment in our country . do not promote any unsocial eliments for any reason Do not make diffrence on the basis of religion or caste or community . The law should be equal for every citizen. Do not delay justice for any victim

We can teach how they has to live and we have to give the job for talented one as we need certificate the talent will no use for non certificate youth as lots of youth has talent but dont have certificate hence they were doing to start robbery so has to give job for non certificate youths in india

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी प्रणाम। आपकी जो सिंचाई योजना है यह देश के हर क्षेत्र को मुसीबत से निकालने की चाभी है। लेकिन ये सिर्फ सरकारी योजना से नहीं होगा। इसके लिए छोटे छोटे तालाबों में मछली पालन को युद्ध स्तर पर बढ़ावा दीजिए। मछली के लालच में भूजल स्तर और सिंचाई के लिए पानी दोनों मिल जाएगा। उसके बाद अगर सिंचाई योजना 50% भी कामयाब रही तो भी कामयाबी 100% रहेगी। सरकार में हजारों ऐसे लोग हैं जिनकी छुट्टियां lapse हो जाती हैं जिसका उपयोग तालाबों को पुनर्जीवित करने में लगाया जाए और उनसे रिपोर्ट लिया जाए।

AT FIRST THERE SHOULD BE A RESERVATION SYSTEM IN THE DEFENCE SECTOR IN THE DISTURBING AREAS.WE SHOULD GIVEN RESPONSIBILITY TO THEM TO MAINTAIN PEACE IN THAT AREAS. WE SHOULD KNOW THE ACTUAL REASON FOR THE CREATION OF NAXALISM. MOSTLY THE RESRVATION SYSTEM AND LACK OF JOB IS THE MAIN CAUSE OF THE NAXALISM.

I feel the government & the society both are ignoring one important factor. In order to have peace among people. Government should look in the matter of providing knowledge about respect to elder's, neighbours & friends & family in gurukul it was followed, why not follow it now. In order to look for solution for every social problems, we must look into our past. India carries such a rich history of culture & values. We have forgotten to follow those, in the past those factors was most imp.

I also feel the government should impose strict action against criminals who are involved criminal activities against elderly people in the area. No body wants to look into this. They are the one who are troubled the most in some cases they are killed. Why not local authorities helping them. Its very important to protect them because they are the one who can pass good values in the younger generation & also pass the knowledge of culture, kindness and home made medicines.
