हमारे माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के डायनमिक लीडरशिप के तहत नई राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति (एनईपी) की परिकल्पना को ध्यान में रखते हुए, भारत सरकार ने दोनों के बीच फ्लेक्सिबिलिटी एंड मोबिलिटी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एकेडमिक और वोकेशनल डोमेन के इंटीग्रेशन को सक्षम करने हेतु नेशनल क्रेडिट फ्रेमवर्क (एनसीआरएफ) विकसित किया है। एनसीआरएफ छात्रों की आगे की प्रगति के लिए कई विकल्प खोलकर और वोकेशनल एजुकेशन और एक्सपेरिएंटिएल लर्निंग के साथ स्कूल और उच्च शिक्षा के इंटर-मिंगल द्वारा एक गेम चेंजर साबित होगा, जिससे स्किलिंग और वोकेशनल एजुकेशन को मुख्यधारा में लाया जा सकेगा। एनसीआरएफ उन छात्रों को भी सक्षम करेगा जो मुख्यधारा की शिक्षा से बाहर हो गए हैं और वे एजुकेशन इकोसिस्टम में फिर से प्रवेश कर सकते हैं।

एनसीआरएफ राष्ट्रीय उच्च शिक्षा योग्यता फ्रेमवर्क (एनएचईक्यूएफ), राष्ट्रीय कौशल योग्यता फ्रेमवर्क (एनएसक्यूएफ) और राष्ट्रीय स्कूल शिक्षा योग्यता फ्रेमवर्क (एनएचईक्यूएफ) को शामिल करके स्कूली शिक्षा, उच्च शिक्षा और वोकेशनल और स्किल एजुकेशन के माध्यम से अर्जित क्रेडिट को समेकित रूप से इंटीग्रेट करेगा। यह ट्रेडिशनल फैमिली इनहेरिटेंस, वर्क एक्सपीरिएंस या अन्य तरीकों के माध्यम से इनफॉर्मल रूप से नॉलेज और स्किल हासिल करने वाले वर्कफोर्स हेतु प्रतिभाशाली सीखने की क्षमता वाले छात्रों के लिए गिफ्टिड लर्निंग एबिलिटी और रिकॉग्निशन आफ प्रायर लर्निंग का भी सहयोग करता है।
इंक्लूसिव अम्ब्रेला फ्रेमवर्क का उद्देश्य मल्टीपल एंट्री-मल्टीपल एक्जिट के विकल्पों को सुलभ और उच्च शिक्षा, स्कूल एजुकेशन और वोकेशनल एजुकेशन में लागू करना है, जिससे छात्रों को अपने स्वयं के सीखने के रास्ते और कार्यक्रम चुनने की अनुमति मिलती है।

केंद्रीय शिक्षा और कौशल विकास और उद्यमशीलता मंत्री के मार्गदर्शन में यूजीसी, एआईसीटीई, एनसीवीईटी, एनआईओएस, सीबीएसई, एनसीईआरटी, स्कूल शिक्षा और साक्षरता विभाग और उच्च शिक्षा विभाग, शिक्षा मंत्रालय, डीजीटी और कौशल मंत्रालय के सदस्यों के साथ सरकार द्वारा गठित एक समिति द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से रूपरेखा विकसित की गई है।

सरकार डाक्यूमेंट पर 30 नवंबर तक कमेंट्स और टिप्पणियाँ आमंत्रित कर रही है जो डाउनलोड के लिए नीचे दिए गए लिंक में उपलब्ध है।

The objective seems to be fulfilled by NCrF to enable the integration of academic and vocational domains to ensure flexibility and mobility between the two. It will seamlessly integrate the credits earned. In short this would prove smooth path to reach the goal and direction leading to success. It is flexible enough that if any shortcoming exist can be overcome. It can help a lot to improve a lot.

1. Please correct the "National Curricular Framework into National Curriculum Framework". 2. Please correct the full form of AICTE. 3. Please explore the possibility of Mobilization of meritorious students from lower-ranked educational institutions to higher-ranked educational institutions through a credit transfer system. 4. Put one grade each for each pedagogical structure envisaged by NEP-2020. 5. Please give representation to the Association of Indian Universities. One member may be co-opted from the association. 6. The document should also recommend an equivalence credit committee that will ensure compatibility and equivalence of credits earned in foreign universities. 7. Institutions of higher learning should be given full autonomy in recognizing and creditising the skills available in that particular area. 8. Students who go directly for Ph.D. after completing an honors degree how can they appear in competitive examinations like NET/JRF. Central University of Kashmir

We appreciate the teams' efforts to bring change in the education system of the country. National Credit Framework is one such step in the direction. Following are the questions to be given a thought: 1. If credits are accumulated, how does the learner redeemed them and how does he / she know the institutions where the redemption can be done? 2. In case, credits are not visible, whom does the learner approach / grievance redressal mechanism? 3. How will the seats be distributed in HEI.s for non-ABC registered students? 4. Will there be a standard admission procedure for all HEI.s across the country? 5. Will credit framework be mandatory for all the Higher Education Institutions across the country? If no, how do non registered institutions admit learners from different zones? 6. Can Ed-Tech companies offering registered courses (NSDC / NCVET) and undergoing assessment, register themselves on ABC? Team Timespro

Excellently deliberated and proposed draft. Congratulations to the team! Following feedback may please be considered. 1. Can we redesign the Table 10 - Benefits of the NCrB by enlisting core attributes in the first column and how each of it works with students, government and industry in the remaining columns. Example for attributes: Lifelong learning, flexibility, management of learning, placement facilitation etc. It will make the objectives of the policy clear to all stakeholders. 2. The report may also recommend the formation of a cross-discipline research team to monitor implementation bottlenecks and research on the solutions, at least for the initial five years. 3. A governance body for the framework may be constituted with industry participation in it. The above research teach would provide regular inputs to the governance body for decision making. 4. Some repetition and scope for further literature editing is felt during a quick reading. All the best

When the kids reach 4th standard they should be taught Mahaabhaarat upto 7th standard and that too in their mother tongue. Sanskrit language should be introduced in 4th standard. It should be taught in gurukul style and not in the Macaulay style. Science should be introduced in 4th standard and Maths also to a higher level be taught at this level.
