सर ग्राम पंचायतों के मार्फत ही दीवानी नेचर के मुकदमें कोर्ट में आने चाहिए,क्योंकि कोर्ट भी न्याय नहीं कर पा रही हैं भीड़ के कारण, और वर्तमान समय में मध्यस्थता पर सरकार का खर्चा बहुत हो रहा है। मात्र ग्राम पंचायत में जीतने वाला प्रधान होता है,यदि रनर को उप प्रधान बना दिया जाए,तो उचित होगा क्योंकि अधिकतर जनता का विश्वास कायम रहेगा पंचायत पर। ग्राम पंचायत को समुचित अधिकार दिए जाएं। और न्याय की प्रथम सीढ़ी पंचायत हो। जिससे अदालतों पर अनावश्यक बोझ को कम किया जा सके। सुधारात्मक कदम की आवश्यकता है।

प्रधान को ईमानदार होना चाहिये हर हफ्ते गाँव की मीटिंग बुलाई जानी चाहिए लोगो की परेशानियां को जानना चाहिए उनका निपटारा जल्द से जल्द करना चाहिए प्रधान की जवाबदेही तय होनी चाहिये प्रधान को गाँव गाँव जाकर देखाना होगा के गांव के लिए क्या सही है
