In my village mukhiya has been elected by throwing the money in village before one night of election and he lives in city which is 6 to 7 km from my village.For any work we have to rush to City for a single sign. And also in election of panchayat if there is reserved seat of any minority caste then the former pnchayat election born leader only select their candidate from reserved caste and stand them in election and make them their own puppet and still the former leader name is used for referring any post like mukhiya but not the name of the one who won this election who is of reserved caste and also they just loot the fund and don't do any work. please do something for this I will be very thankful and this will result in robust boost for nation building.

Grama sabha meeting should be held including most people in that area and each person opinion and needs must be consider. In panchayat meetings also that area need must consider proper report of last meetings effect must present.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a new, universal set of goals, targets and indicators that 193 countries in the world have jointly set. The Government of India has played a leadership role in defining the SDG agenda. Starting January 2016, countries are expected to frame their agendas and policies to end poverty, protect the planet, enjoy peace and ensure prosperity for all by 2030.

Gram Sabha meetings should be held in semi-structure manner with group discussions and plenary sessions. Semi structure questioner for various development sectors relating to development of the villages can be prepared which will cover the key problems and needs.

Under the present system almost all villages have several unmet needs. Since the plans and resources allocated are made centrally without considering their efficiency is questionable at best. If instead, each village identifies its own individual requirements and provides their solution to the central planners for incorporation in general plan so that resources can be allocated suitably, more aspirations can be met.

Every village has its own priorities and limitations. A bottom-up approach to planning will enable each village to get what it wants rather than take what is given. It also ensures greater community involvement as the community can decide what they need most and what would be less urgent though desirable. The most immediate need therefore is to provide the community with a process for thinking about and planning their shared future.

The planning exercise ought to comprise of a five year perspective plan for the period corresponding with the national plan period and preparing annual plans that define and priorities areas and schemes from the perspective plan. The perspective plans would capture the overall picture of the panchayat and allow people to understand what planning and governmental funding could hold out for them. Once a perspective plan is prepared, drawing out the annual action plan from it is a relatively easy exercise. The annual plan can also easily undergo appropriate modification within the overall perspective plan, in case there is need to make correction.

भारत की पंचायतों की सबसे बड़ी चुनौती है रास्ता, चूंकि चकबंदी के समय पर्याप्त मात्रा में रास्ते के लिए भूमि छोड़ी गई है। किंतु गंदी, भ्रष्ट राजनीति, अधिकारी के कारण दबंगों द्वारा अवैध रूप से कब्जा कर लिया गया है। जिसे पुनः पूर्व स्थिति में ले आने की आवश्यकता है। तथा प्राथमिक विद्यालय की दशा और दिशा दोनों गर्त में धकेल दी गई हैं। जो शिक्षक वहां पढ़ाते हैं उन्हीं के बच्चे कांवेंट में पढ़ रहे हैं। क्यों? , साथ भाव यह है कि जो भ्रष्टाचार धरातल पर व्यापक रूप से पसरा हुआ है।उसे समाप्त कर नई आस जगायें।
