Honorable Prime Minister Sir , Our Village Panchayats to be trained to increase producing there electricity of there own by using Renewable energy resources like Solar Power for electrifying there houses and also using Gober Gas Technology for using that one for using that same energy for irrigation purpose of there farms ,so that these all village people can save cost of electricity and use that money they can use to develop there farms and also help to increase productivity of there animals ,so that they become prospers of there own without help of outside ,so our Ministry of Renewable Energy can have training programs for first 500 villages and then that can be extended to more and more villages ,so by using these renewable energy resources our each and every village can get self sufficient and we can able to bring prosperity and as well as reduce carbon pollution in coming days .

पंचायत में सबसे ज्यादा जरूरी चुनाव प्रक्रिया को सही करना और भ्रष्टाचार को खत्म करना कई सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ जरूरतमंद को नहीं मिल पाता क्योंकि व्यक्ति को जानकारी नहीं होती की योजना में शामिल कैसे हो इसलिए सरपंच का काम होना चाहिए कि वह सरकार द्वारा चलाई गई योजनाओं का अच्छे से जानकारी दे जिससे हर जरूरतमंद व्यक्ति लाभान्वित हो सके।

Sir, Proper Road connectivity and power supply to the rural areas are already in process..Why don't we focus on Skill labs for the upcoming youth..make government primary school a smart school....skill labs for teacher also..most of the teachers are from old tradition so they don't have much knowledge about new technology..Train them by starting their learning camp so that they can help their students to be innovative . On the other hand we should ensure that natural beauty and culture of the villages should not be compromised.. Yes we should make efforts efforts to remove some taboos that create differences among the people . Every week there should be projection of motivational short or long films to the people of the village..Gali-Gali mei movie night on Saturday can be a good idea...There should be a degree college within 10 km radius of every Panchayat. Proper waste management and avoid burning left over of the farming should be taught. 24/7 emergency advanced health facility

नालियों की सफाई, गली, सड़क की मरम्मत, कूड़ा निस्तारण की व्यवस्था आदि गांवों की समस्याओं का समाधान कैसे होगा? गांव म्युनिसिपल लिमिट से बाहर होते हैं तो म्युनिसिपल कमेटी तो यह काम नहीं करेगीं। यह काम पंचायतें कर सकती हैं। अगर छोटे गांव हैं और उनके पास कूड़ा गाड़ी या अन्य साधन नहीं है तो कुछ गांव मिल कर भी संसाधनों की व्यवस्था कर सकते हैं। मंहगे कृषि यंत्रों जैसे ट्रेक्टर, हार्वेस्टर आदि पंचायतें खरीद कर किसानों को कम किराए पर उपलब्ध करा सकती हैं। क्षेत्र के विधायक और सांसद फंड से भी संसाधनों की व्यवस्था कर सकते हैं। जल्दी खराब होने वाले कृषि उत्पादों को किसानों को फेंकना या लागत मूल्य से कम कीमतों पर बेचना पड़ जाता है। ऐसे उत्पादों के लिए भंडारण की व्यवस्था भी पंचायतें कर सकती हैं ताकी किसानों को सारी फसल एक साथ बेच कर घाटा न उठाना पड़े और बाद में बाजार में माल न होने की वजह से बेतहाशा मूल्य वृध्दि न हो। इससे किसानों को और उपभोक्ताओं को दोनों को फायदा होगा। छोटे हस्पताल और स्कूलों की व्यवस्था में भी पंचायतें अपना योगदान कर सकती हैं। गांवों के विकास में पंचायतें अहम योगदान कर सकती हैं
