गावों के हर एक उस घर को ढूंढा जाना चाहिए जिसमें कोई कमाने वाला न हो या कमाने वाला तो हो पर वो किसी भी कारण से कमा पाने की अवस्था मे नही हो ऐसे घर मे अलग से सरकारी सुविधा मिलनी चाहिए जैसे किसी घर मे माँ के कोई बेटा न हो वो अकेली हो ऐसी महिलाओं को सरकारी पेंसन के अलावा अलग पेंसन मिलनी चाहिए

Engaging Academia(s) from Universities for Innovating Panchayat can give a better result. Academia (with management, Accounting, with Rural Resource Knowledge) should be attached by the ministry to develop the panchayat system. A professor can be engaged in panchayat policies and development. He may be engaged as a mentor, evaluator, and action researcher. As panchayat in India is the source of corruption of rural politicians, hence, for real & pragmatic development, the and academia as researchers, project developers may be engaged as the ministry appointed development fellow by the government. Thus, the development funds allocated in the panchayat will have proper tracks and the panchayat will also work for development in a real sense side by side academia will learn the intecracies of rural development thus to create synergistic development.

All Govt. Services to be brought to the base implementation level of Gram Panchayats 1. The Local Police system to be integrated to the Nyaya Panchayats and reduce the burden on District Sessions Court, etc. 2. The Panchayat Offices should be like the Cabinet Secratariats of their own village; The Panchs should also officially have Depts like various Ministers. The Sarpanch would be like a PM. 3. Steps to be taken by the Panchayats to reduce migrations from villages to cities and provide better infrastructure facilities of the up-to-date technology and information. 4. The Secratary of the Panchayat should also be an IAS officer purely based on merit (No scope for Reservations). There should be multiple Offciers for a village if required. 5. Decentralisation should be done mandatorily. The Panchayati Raj system should be like a miniature model of the Political Institutions' daily working at a remote level. 6. Reduce/Abolish the Unnecessary Free services/schemes/Reservations.
