नमस्‍कार सर जी, ग्रामीण स्‍तर पर सरकार का कामकाज सराहनीय है। गांव में शौचालय या सरकारी आवास यदि किसी ग्रामीण को उपलब्‍ध हुआ है और सरकारी पैसा ग्रामीण के ही खाते में ही गया है, फिर भी ग्राम प्रधान ग्रामीणों से कुछ प्रतिशत पैसा वसूलता है। यदि गांव में रास्‍ता बनता है, नाला बनता है या कोई भी अन्‍य कार्य ग्रामीण हित में होता है, तो सबसे पहले वरीयता उच्‍च जाति के मोहल्‍ले को दी जाती है, सफाई कर्मी भी काम उसी मोहल्‍ले मेंं ज्‍यादा करता है। इसी तरह, मनरेगा के कार्य में भी लोग काम पर नहीं जाते और उनकी हाजिरी दर्ज की जाती है, बाद में जब पैसा ग्रामीण के खाते में जाता है, तो अधिकारी पैसे का 50 प्रतिशत वह ग्रामीण को दे देता है और 50 प्रतिशत अपने पास रखता है। इसमें ग्रामीण को कार्य किए बिना ही पैसा मिल जाता है। पोर्टल पर अपडेट ग्राम में चल रहे काम जैसे नलकूप मरम्‍मत, पंचायत घर मरम्‍मत अर्थात् ग्राम सुधार के नाम पर आया पैसा ग्राम प्रधान स्‍वयं निगल जाता है, जबकि गांव में कोई सुधार होता ही नहीं है और कोई निरीक्षण करने भी नहीं आता। कृपया प्‍लांनिंग पोर्टल पर संपूर्ण ब्‍यौरा प्रदर्शित करें।

Development should begin from gram panchayat level. Should be corruption free. Villages should be provided with all facilities like education, power, roads, drinking water, Drainage system, wi fi, transportation, health etc. If all the panchayats are developed, then the country will also develop.

Namaste prime minister modi sir, I want to tell about in most of the gram panchayath they take bribe from attenders to members of that panchayath this is also affected even in government office. Namaste prime minister modi sir, I had previously about government schools and colleges must be made high tech. I one of the newspaper "vijaya karnataka" is reported that there are 48846 schools with lack of facilities 10000 schools they are about to fall."sarva shikshana abhiyaan" has come to end in 2017. State government cannot take individual steps. Please provide ground facilities to all government schools and colleges hope our state gets help for this. The 73rd ammendment needs to be implemented in letter & spirit. 1/a list needs to be added in the seventh schedule to clarify what subjects shall be under control of local government. So, along with Union, State and Concurrent list, there needs to be a Local Govt list. 2- Functionaries such as Patwaris, Gram Panchayat secretary, local school teachers and other Panchayat level workers, should be employees of that'particular Panchayat, not of the state government. 3/ Full control of village level resources such as land, forests, water bodies etc should be with the gram panchayat. Acts such as Forest conservation Act, state land codes etc should be ammended to enable this. 4/ Elections to Gram panchayat should be regularly conducted by the state election commission and the state government should not have any role in this excercise. 5/ Panchayats should be encouraged to generate their own resources. They should be free to impose some taxes. Also get some share of GOI/State tax.

साफ़ नीयत से सत्ता का विकेंद्रीकरण करके भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त पंचायती राज्य के लिए ग्राम पंचायतों को सुदृण किया जाए।

There is no improvement in our gram punchayat for OBC, SC and ST. The condition of our village is very bad for poor family. All resources used by General category people in our village such as budget for the development of village. My district condition is also poor, only rule by General category members. There is no vision of development only corruption of budgets. They are not able to govern well for people because the officers can't do anything for people but they can do everything for rich people in my district. Now, they're not able to provide ST certificate of Gond caste since freedom of the India. The all officers behavior is basically not in the favor of my community. So, what we can do for them and ourselves. Please solve this problem and give me any place to adjust my future. Sir, please help me to get out these problems. Thanking you
